Leicester Tigers flyhalf Kieran Wilkinson will finish up his time with the club at the end of the 2023/24 campaign to take up a new opportunity with Newcastle Falcons.

Wilkinson joined Tigers ahead of this season and has made four appearances for the club.

Leicester Tigers General Manager, Richard Wilks said: “Kieran joined us this season and has performed well in the limited opportunities he has had.”

“Starting at fly half in any Gallagher Premiership team is hard and we are lucky to have some excellent players in the first team squad in that position, including a double Rugby World Cup winner, as well as some exciting, young talents developing through our Academy pathway.

“We wish Kieran well in the North East.”
