Leicester Tigers have named their side for Friday’s Gallagher Premiership clash against Sale Sharks at Salford Community Stadium at 7.45pm on TNT Sports.

Hanro Liebenberg captains the side from blindside flanker with skipper Julián Montoya ruled out through injury.

Charlie Clare joins Francois van Wyk and Dan Cole in a changed Tigers front-row with Harry Wells and George Martin starting in the second-row.

The one change to Tigers backline sees Jamie Shillcock start on the wing with Solomone Kata returning from suspension to take his place in the reserves.

There’s also a place for tighthead Joe Heyes who has completed his return from injury while hooker Nic Dolly will make his first appearance for the club since the return fixture against Sale in October.

Leicester Tigers head coach, Dan McKellar said: “It’s great to have Heyesy back in the squad and for Nic Dolly to get another chance to wear the jersey.”

“We’ve had some honest conversations as a group since Bristol and we’re working hard to address the areas we need to improve but we’ve still got a lot to play for over these next two weeks.”

“We can’t change Bristol, or this season, but we can put in two eighty-minute performances in these next two games that we can be proud of. “
